Our engineers have unparalleled experience in installing, configuring and commissioning the world's most advanced brands such as Honeywell, Tyco, Siemens, LENEL, BOSCH, etc.

We take our work seriously and are constantly learning new technologies to better support our customers.

Specialization

Installation of low-voltage networks for engineering systems for various purposes. These include telephone, television and computer networks, as well as cable wiring for dispatching systems, video surveillance, warning, alarm and perimeter protection.

Key qualities and skills
  • Possession of programs for searching, setting up equipment.
  • Knowledge of the principles and nuances of SCS, OPS, ACS, OHS equipment
  • Ability to work with power tools, crimping and hand tools, soldering iron.
  • Experience: 5+ years in the field of installation of low-voltage networks.
  • Languages: English and/or Polish

Volumes are developing at a fast pace, so for work we need an energetic and persistent person with organizational skills, capable of self-improvement and participation in complex projects. This person should be ready to contribute his practical experience to the development of the company.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager in the facility engineering industry for our next project (the details can be discussed during the interview)

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for
  • Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships incl. customer satisfaction monitoring
  • Service delivery at an expected quality level
  • Management of internal and external service providers and management of sub-projects
  • Direct supervision of project or service team (about 15 persons)
  • Controlling scope and workload
  • Preparing services and work packages estimations
  • Active and constructive interaction with colleagues on the project, account project management, and the customer
What We Require
  • Practical experience as SDM or PM
  • Technical knowledge in the management of installation projects
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in coordinating tasks among the teams
  • Organizational talent, working independently, with initiative and customer focus
  • EU citizenship
